Pricing, Estimates & Security Deposits Policy

At Prime Assembly, we value transparency and fairness in every part of our service, including pricing. Here’s what you can expect when booking with us.

Estimates

We offer free estimates based on the project details you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, time required, or any unexpected challenges. If adjustments are needed, we’ll always discuss them with you before moving forward.

 

Pricing

Our standard rates are based on:

  • The type and complexity of the item(s)

  • Number of items to be assembled or installed

  • On-site factors (e.g., stairs, limited space, or specialty tools)

You’ll receive a confirmed rate prior to your scheduled appointment without hidden fees.

 

Travel Fee

A travel fee applies to service appointments (owner's discretion) in Hampton Roads east of the James River Bridge, including:

  • Norfolk

  • Virginia Beach

  • Chesapeake

  • Portsmouth

  • Suffolk

This helps cover the additional time, tolls, and fuel required for longer-distance service.

 

Priority Service Fee

Need your project done quickly?  A priority service fee may apply for clients who request service within 48 hours of booking.
This fee will be determined during your consultation based on availability and project size.  We’ll always be upfront before confirming any rush requests.

 

Security Deposits

A deposit are required to secure your appointment, especially for larger jobs or rush bookings.  This deposit will be applied toward your final balance and is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice.

 

Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of services.  We accept cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal (select friend & family).
